Ken Brown was our real estate. We were so impressed right from the start by his eagerness to find a home for our family. We advised him what we were looking for, what areas and the price range we could afford. Instantly we received phone calls, faxes and e-mails on a daily basis with houses that had just come on the market. Ken would advise us, we would drive by the properties and if we liked the house and surroundings, Ken would then arrange to get us to see the inside right away.
Ken would never mind what time of day, including holidays or family get-togethers, if we called him with a house we wanted to see. My wife and I are out of province purchasers (BC). We visited Winnipeg and met up with Ken to view one of his listing we spotted on the Internet. Ken took the time to introduce us to the area and view some perspective properties. Even though are interest was only to become acquainted with the area for a future purchase, he gladly spent the time and shared his expertise with us.
